I was given the incredible opportunity to witness by friend, Crystal, give birth to their second child, while she was at home, in a tub, without drugs. Precious, beautiful, intense, scary, wonderful, amazing. These don’t even scratch the surface. Eric, praying over Crystal. The death grip 🙂 Welcome baby Aria!

David and the boys collaborated to make me a lovely breakfast in bed. I spent the day watching my favorite shows. It was lovely. ‘R’ actually took it upon himself to stuff the raspberries with blueberries!
