We flew home from Maui on Monday. Thanksgiving was later that week. Our friends, Steve and Mary, and their kids, joined us, as well as our friend, Newton (his family lives in China.) My cousin, Terry, surprised us with this beautiful bouquet to grace our table. Chelan preparing for the feast… A house divided….

My cousin Katy lives in the town of Tracy, about an hour south of us. We met up in Sacramento for a sweet day together with out kids. First stop was Fairytale Town, then a treat at the Tower Cafe.

We attended the wedding of the daughter of our friends. The wedding took place at sunset at the Empire Mine in Grass Valley. It was a beautiful evening, an incredible ceremony, and super fun reception. The boys had a great time dancing the night away with their friends.
