The boys fingerpainted the letter “B”.<\/P>

Bible Activity<\/STRONG><\/P>

There is a picture in the boys Bible that has animals boarding the ark.  <\/P>
\n

First, we counted them all (22).  'A' can count to 22, with a little help around 16.  'R' can count to 11.  <\/P>
\n

I then introduced the concept of counting by 2's,<\/P>
\n

We named the animals. 'A' can name them all.  'R' can name elephant, cow, monkey, giraffe.  He needed help with zebra, peacock.<\/P>
\n

I had 'R' name the colors in english, and 'A' name the colors in spanish (he needed help with naranja, verde, negro.  He was able to say azul, blanco, cafe, amarillo)<\/P>
\n

'R' was able to point out the animals that had spots, but could not pick the ones that had stripes.<\/P>
\n

'A' could pick out both spots and stripes.<\/P>
\n
