{"id":192287,"date":"2006-08-29T09:39:00","date_gmt":"2006-08-29T17:39:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.centerdeep2.com\/riverbendprep\/2006\/08\/29\/annual-kick-the-can-party\/"},"modified":"2006-08-29T09:39:00","modified_gmt":"2006-08-29T17:39:00","slug":"annual-kick-the-can-party","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.centerdeep2.com\/riverbendprep\/2006\/08\/29\/annual-kick-the-can-party\/","title":{"rendered":"Annual Kick the Can Party"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><P>Saturday, we went to Cle Elum to attend a &#8220;Kick the Can&#8221; party at our friend&#39;s cabin.&nbsp; This is an annual event; one that we look forward to attending every year.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>Ironically, we never got around to playing kick the can!&nbsp; The adults had alot of good conversation, and the kids kept themselves entertained, nonstop!<\/P><br \/>\n<P>Here are some highlights of the day:<\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG>The boys playing in the river<\/STRONG><\/P><br \/>\n<P><IMG src=\"http:\/\/static.flickr.com\/96\/228268346_f511c5d627.jpg\"><\/P><br \/>\n<P>&nbsp;<\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG>&#8220;M&#8221; with a big, fat caterpillar like the one one &#8220;A Bugs Life&#8221;<\/STRONG><\/P><br \/>\n<P><IMG src=\"http:\/\/static.flickr.com\/95\/228268345_fe183c8ced.jpg\"><\/P><br \/>\n<P>&nbsp;<\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG>&#8220;R&#8221;, with our friend &#8220;J&#8221;<\/STRONG><\/P><br \/>\n<P><IMG src=\"http:\/\/static.flickr.com\/81\/228268349_8537456f0d.jpg\"><\/P><br \/>\n<P>&nbsp;<\/P><br \/>\n<P>On the way home, we had to drive in the dark down long country roads.&nbsp; Dh says, &#8220;I need to slow down, there are probably deer around.&#8221;&nbsp; The second he said that, we noticed a slow moving figure on the road.&nbsp; We ended up driving into about 10 cows going for an evening stroll!&nbsp; They must have figured out how to open the gate!<\/P><br \/>\n<P><IMG src=\"http:\/\/static.flickr.com\/95\/228268351_e8dd412e1d.jpg\"><\/P><br \/>\n<P><IMG src=\"http:\/\/static.flickr.com\/97\/228268352_81b5484f97.jpg\"><\/P><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Saturday, we went to Cle Elum to attend a &#8220;Kick the Can&#8221; party at our friend&#39;s cabin.&nbsp; This is an annual event; one that we look forward to attending every year.
