The boys took Q-tips and dipped them in water colored with food coloring.\u00a0 They then made “Joseph’s coat “.<\/p>\n

Letter Activity<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We reviewed the letters A-B-C-D with the flashcards.\u00a0 I quizzed both boys, although “A” knows pretty much the whole alphabet.\u00a0 “R” knows A and B, consistently, and\u00a0 sometimes gets C and D.\u00a0 I also had the boys pretend that they were the teacher.\u00a0 They took turns quizzing each other.<\/p>\n

Bible Activity<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The kids acted out the story we read today.\u00a0 They took turns being “Joseph”, pretending to open a present, acting surprised and trying on a coat, and saying “thank you so much Dad!”<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We then talked about the special gifts the boys have received, and also the concept of jealousy and what God’s thoughts are on this.<\/p>\n
