Bible Story<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Read Genesis 37:13-24<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The New Bible in Pictures for Little Eyes<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Focus: Joseph goes to find his brother<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \n <\/p>\n Devotional Activity<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Reviewed the four scripture verses we have studied so far.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \n <\/p>\n Letter Activity<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Reviewed A-B-C-D flashcards again.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \n <\/p>\n Math\u00a0Activity<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n The boys drew a “stripe” from Joseph’s coat in each square. “A” drew the number one, and I assisted with the rest.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \n <\/p>\n Music<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Joseph’s Dream<\/p>\n <\/p>\n We also played Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata, Fur Elise, and Symphony No. 5<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \n <\/p>\n Read Aloud<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Daddy got this honor today.\u00a0 They read, Ferdinand, Corduroy, and Backyard Circus.\u00a0 I think a Dr. Seuss was thrown in there too!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \n <\/p>\n Social<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n We had the two boys in the morning, then I took care of my friend’s three kids in the afternoon.\u00a0 She is sick with strep, so her two girls, ages 7 and 3, and boy, age 5, joined us.\u00a0 We went to the car wash, the grocery store, the park, and played at home while I made their mom (and them….and us…)\u00a0dinner.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \n <\/p>\n \n <\/p>\n \n <\/p>\n \n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Today, we had two friends visit in the morning, ages 2 years, and, 6 months.\u00a0 They participated in our morning school activities.\u00a0 “O” was so proud to show his mom what he made!
