{"id":214674,"date":"2006-10-05T08:27:00","date_gmt":"2006-10-05T16:27:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.centerdeep2.com\/riverbendprep\/2006\/10\/05\/blogger-friend-school-assignment-1\/"},"modified":"2006-10-05T08:27:00","modified_gmt":"2006-10-05T16:27:00","slug":"blogger-friend-school-assignment-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.centerdeep2.com\/riverbendprep\/2006\/10\/05\/blogger-friend-school-assignment-1\/","title":{"rendered":"Blogger Friend School Assignment #1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Intro:<\/strong>&nbsp; My name is Leigh.&nbsp; I am a SAHM of two boys, ages 3 and 2, and married to DH for almost 12 years.&nbsp; I homeschool, serve as our church&#8217;s MOPS Coordinator, and lead a Women&#8217;s Bible Study for moms. <\/p>\n<p>I am currently enrolled in a Homeschool qualifying course for the state of Washington.&nbsp; It has really helped me to understand why I am doing what I am doing, and have the confidence and conviction to continue.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I decided to blog to keep my thoughts organized.&nbsp; This homeschool world is so diverse that I needed a place to sort and record and figure out what&nbsp;is right for our family.&nbsp; Also, when I feel discouraged, I like to look back and see how much we have accomplished.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Here is my &quot;Dream House&quot; (more or less)<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.houseplans.com\/plans\/e\/137-188e-2151.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I love:<\/p>\n<p>Covered porches<\/p>\n<p>Master on main floor (I prefer one level, but I also like the look of dormer windows)<\/p>\n<p>I love the look of cottages and farmhouses<\/p>\n<p>I would love a large rec room that would double as a school room and also have an office for DH<\/p>\n<p>I would like a master suite, a large room for the boys to share, and two guest rooms (one to be for when the boys are older and want their own space)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Intro:&nbsp; My name is Leigh.&nbsp; I am a SAHM of two boys, ages 3 and 2, and married to DH for almost 12 years.&nbsp; I homeschool, serve as our church&#8217;s MOPS Coordinator, and lead a Women&#8217;s Bible Study for moms.
