\nJohn 2:13-16
\nChildren’s Bible- The story of the dinner guests
\nand, Jesus was angry and cleared the temple<\/p>\n

Devotional Activity
\n<\/strong>Psalm 75:1 "Unto thee, O God, do we give thanks."
\nWe read a story and thought about things, people, experiences, we were thankful for.
\n‘A’ said: "I  am thankful for a guy in heaven who came to this earth and died on the cross.  Jesus!"
\n‘A’ said: "I am thankful for sleeping in tent and eating s’mores"
\n‘R’ said: "Place where we go for martial arts"
\n(There were more, but I remember these).<\/p>\n

Letter Activity
\n<\/strong>The boys practiced writing the letter ‘U’. (Sorry, no pic.)<\/p>\n

We also thought up words that began with the letter ‘V’:
\nA: vat, vein, violin, vine, van
\nMe: violet<\/p>\n

Bible Activity
\n<\/strong>I had the boys act out the Bible story.  They set the table for a feast and invited their stuffed animals.

Dramatic Play
\n<\/strong>We practiced proper etiquette while in "God’s house":  walk quietly, speak softly, pray with eyes closed and hands together, greet others, treat the Bible gently, and we sang, "Jesus Love the Little Children"

Color Activity
