Language Arts
\n<\/strong>Developing the Early Learner-
\nMotor\/Patterns-The boys had to look at a pattern, then copy it with dot to dot.  ‘A’ tracked well; this was above ‘R’s ability.
\nVisual\/Figure Ground-The boys had to spot four horse drawings among a complicated pattern.  They could spot all four and colored them.<\/p>\n

Science
\n<\/strong>We read about the rain.  ‘Drizzle’ is a little bit of rain, ‘Shower’ is enough rain to make your wet, and ‘Downpour’ is alot of rain!  Rain is made when small bits of water in the clouds get together, get heavy and fall to the ground.<\/p>\n

Social studies
\n<\/strong>‘Things People Do’-We read about the Hotel Manager and what she does for her job.<\/p>\n

Character
\n<\/strong>365 Manners…We read about finding a seat at a formal dinner, using place cards or name tags.<\/p>\n

Right Choices-We read about taking care of our pets and the responsibility God had given us.<\/p>\n
