{"id":388511,"date":"2007-09-10T10:48:00","date_gmt":"2007-09-10T18:48:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.centerdeep2.com\/riverbendprep\/2007\/09\/10\/menu-plan-monday-september-10-september-16-recipes-below\/"},"modified":"2007-09-10T10:48:00","modified_gmt":"2007-09-10T18:48:00","slug":"menu-plan-monday-september-10-september-16-recipes-below","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.centerdeep2.com\/riverbendprep\/2007\/09\/10\/menu-plan-monday-september-10-september-16-recipes-below\/","title":{"rendered":"Menu Plan Monday September 10-September 16 RECIPES BELOW"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.homeschoolblogger.com\/uploads\/l\/Leigharev2\/19376.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This week&#8217;s menu is shout out to my girls at our online forum, &#8216;Momma&#8217;s House&quot;.&nbsp; All of these recipes are from our second cookbook.&nbsp; The recipes are below&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Monday: Salsa Meatloaf, Green Beans, Biscuits<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday: Chicken Milano, Broccoli<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday: Mexican Ravioli, Green Salad, Beets<\/p>\n<p>Thrusday: Dinner with friends: BBQ Brisket, Rice, Green Salad, Peach Cobbler and Ice Cream<\/p>\n<p>Friday: Jambalaya, Fruit Salad<\/p>\n<p>Saturday: Roasted Butternut Squash Lasagna, Salad<\/p>\n<p>Sunday: Leftovers or Eat Out<\/p>\n<p>Bakery: Apple Nut Cake<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tina&#8217;s Salsa Meatloaf <br \/>\n<\/strong>1.5lb ground beef<br \/>\n3\/4c. bread crumbs<br \/>\n1 egg<br \/>\n1c. salsa<br \/>\n2T. brown sugar<br \/>\n2T. chopped fresh cilantro<br \/>\n1t. unsweetened cocoa<br \/>\n1\/2t. salt<br \/>\n1\/4t. each of garlic powder, cumin, cinnamon, and chili powder<br \/>\n1t. lemon juice<\/p>\n<p>1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.&nbsp; In bowl, combine meat, bread crumb, and eggs.&nbsp; Mix well.<br \/>\n2. In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients.&nbsp; Mix well.&nbsp; Add 3\/4 cup of this mixture to the meat mixture and mix well.&nbsp; In ungreased loaf pan, place meat mixture into loaf shapre.&nbsp; Bake 50 minutes.<br \/>\n3.&nbsp; Remove meatloaf from oven.&nbsp; Spoon remaining salsa mixture over top of loaf.<br \/>\n4. Return to oven. Bake another 20-30 minutes or until cooked in center.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sarah&#8217;s Chicken Milano<br \/>\n<\/strong>6 4oz. skinless, boneless chicken breasts<br \/>\n1\/2c. all purpose flour<br \/>\n2 eggs, beaten<br \/>\n1c. Italian bread crumbs<br \/>\n1\/2c. marinara sauce<br \/>\n1c. half and half<br \/>\n1\/2c. mozzarella cheese, shredded<br \/>\n1\/2c. swiss cheese, shredded<br \/>\n1\/4c. grated parmesan cheese<br \/>\nPreheat oven to 350 degrees.&nbsp; Roll chicken in flour; dip in beaten egg.&nbsp; Roll in bread crumbs to coat well.&nbsp; Heat butter in a large skillet over medium high heat; add chicken pieces.&nbsp; Cook until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes.&nbsp; Mix marinara and 1\/2n1\/2 in small bowl, reserving 2T.&nbsp;&nbsp; Pour into baking dish.&nbsp; Arrange chicken in prepared dish.&nbsp; Mix mozzarella, swiss and parmesan cheeses in a small bowl.&nbsp; Sprinkle over chicken.&nbsp; Top with reserved sauce.&nbsp; Bake looseley covere, until cooked through, about 30 minutes.&nbsp; Serve with hot cooked fettucine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tina&#8217;s Mexi Ravioli (crockpot recipe!)<br \/>\n<\/strong>1 bag frozen ravioli<br \/>\n1 can diced tomatoes with jalapeno peppers<br \/>\n1c. salsa<br \/>\n1 small can enchilada sauce<br \/>\n1\/4c. chipped onion<br \/>\n1\/4c. white wine<br \/>\nshredded pepper jack cheese<br \/>\nPut the first 6 ingredients into slow cooker.&nbsp; Cook on low for four hours.&nbsp; Add cheese and cook another 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Julie&#8217;s BBQ Brisket<br \/>\n<\/strong>1- 4lb. beef brisket<br \/>\n4oz. liquid smoke <br \/>\n5oz.
