Today, Linda hosted our group.  The theme was ‘red light\/green light’ foods.  (red light are foods to be eaten sparingly as a treat, and green light foods are the ones that we make the majority of our diet.)<\/p>\n

She began with a game of red light\/green light.  The kids had to crawl to her, as she held up the red (stop) and green (go) cards.

\nThen, she had the kids circle ‘red light’ and ‘green light’ foods in the grocery ads.\n<\/p>\n
