Recipes are from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.familyeducation.com\/home\/\">Familyeducation.com<\/a>.&nbsp; Additional ideas are appreciated.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Snacks<br \/>\n<\/u><\/strong>Dried Fruit<br \/>\nToasted Pita Chips and Hummus<br \/>\nGranola Bar<br \/>\nVeggies and lowfat Ranch Dressing<br \/>\nFruit Salad<br \/>\nHard Boiled Egg<br \/>\nFig Bars<br \/>\nAir Popped Popcorn<br \/>\nLow Fat Whole Grain Crackers<br \/>\nAnimal Crackers<br \/>\nGraham Crackers<br \/>\nTrail Mix\n<\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Arial\"><strong>Healthy Sunflower Treat<\/strong><br \/>\n1 rice cake <br \/>\nPeanut butter <br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon sunflower seeds or sesame seeds <br \/>\n6 baby carrots, sliced lengthwise <br \/>\n1 celery stalk <br \/>\n1 orange slice, halved<br \/>\nDirections: <\/font><font face=\"Arial\">Spread the peanut butter on the rice cake. <br \/>\nSprinkle the sunflower or sesame seeds on top of the peanut butter. <br \/>\nArrange the carrot slices like petals around the edge of the rice cake. <br \/>\nThe celery stalk is the flower stem, and the orange slices are the leaves.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Arial\"><strong>Peanut Butter Power Balls<\/strong> <br \/>\n<\/font><font face=\"Arial\">1 cup peanut butter<br \/>\n1\/2 cup non-fat dry milk powder or soy protein powder<br \/>\n1\/2 cup raisins or chocolate chips<br \/>\n1\/4 cup honey<br \/>\nGraham cracker crumbs<br \/>\nDirections: <\/font><font face=\"Arial\">Mix all ingredients except the graham cracker crumbs in a large bowl. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls.
