We decided to join DH for a business trip to Vancouver\/Portland.  We had such a fabulous time!  Here are the highlights…
\nDay One
\n<\/strong><\/u>SpringHill Suites<\/a> -Indoor Pool for swimming and free breakfast
\nThe Old Spaghetti Factory<\/a> -first time for the boys
\nBig Al’s Bowling<\/a> – Coolest bowling alley ever!  We had a blast !!<\/p>\n

Day Two
\n<\/u><\/strong>Vancouver Police Department-East Precinct<\/a>  – There was a park and attached to the park was the police station.  ‘A’ idolizes policemen and wanted to go inside to say ‘hi’, so we ended up chatting with ‘Corporal Ford’ for about 20 minutes before going to the park to play.
\nPrince Caspian-<\/a> ‘A’ and I loved the movie.  It was a little long for ‘R’ 
\nCha Taqueria and Bar<\/a>– We walked around Portland’s Alphabet District after dinner.  I love that neighborhood.<\/p>\n

Day Three and Four
\n<\/u><\/strong>Country Cousin’s Restaurant<\/a>– This is a favorite road trip restaurant of DH and mine. Their door crows at you when you open it.  A first time for the boys.
\nGreat Wolf Lodge<\/a> – OH YEAH!!  The boys were completely overwhelmed for the first few hours, but we ended up having so much fun, we decided to stay an extra night.  This is a chain, so if there is one near you, check it out.  We ate in the lodge restaurant for all our lunches and dinner because the food was so good.
\nMagiquest<\/a> – This was in the hotel.  ‘A’ was completely immersed in it.  ‘R did OK, but his attention span was not quite there yet.<\/p>\n
