{"id":642159,"date":"2009-01-06T20:12:00","date_gmt":"2009-01-07T04:12:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.centerdeep2.com\/riverbendprep\/2009\/01\/06\/snow-drama\/"},"modified":"2009-01-06T20:12:00","modified_gmt":"2009-01-07T04:12:00","slug":"snow-drama","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.centerdeep2.com\/riverbendprep\/2009\/01\/06\/snow-drama\/","title":{"rendered":"Snow Drama"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sorry it has been so long since updating.&nbsp; It has been pretty crazy around here.&nbsp; After celebrating &#8216;A&#8217;s 6th birthday on the 20th, we encountered a major wind and snow storm that night.&nbsp; It knocked out power to our house (JUST our house), due to a tree branch taking down our lines to the house.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/farm4.static.flickr.com\/3095\/3174987729_7c30a8127b.jpg?v=0\" \/><br \/>\nSoooo, what does our family do when the power goes out?&nbsp; We moe to The Westin, of course! \ud83d\ude42&nbsp; We found a great rate online and decided not to use our owner&#8217;s points we had.&nbsp; Upon checking in, they upgrade us twice, so we go a fantastic balcony room with the biggest bathtub I have ever seen.&nbsp; I actually felt guilty using it because it took so much water to fill it!&nbsp; I appeased the guilt by having the boys bathe after me \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/farm4.static.flickr.com\/3268\/3174987935_578c5d745e.jpg?v=0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\nWe spent three nights swimming in the pool, watching movies, and nerfing around Bellevue Square, getting our shopping accomplished.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/farm4.static.flickr.com\/3285\/3151559831_cb46d0cb16.jpg?v=0\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/farm4.static.flickr.com\/3125\/3175823600_a6744a51ab.jpg?v=0\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/farm4.static.flickr.com\/3125\/3175823956_5545653eb4.jpg?v=0\" \/><br \/>\nThe hotel had wall mirrors opposite each other and the boys enjoyed playing with them&#8230;<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/farm4.static.flickr.com\/3078\/3175824232_9734547e1c.jpg?v=0\" \/><br \/>\nThey also enjoyed the hotel&#8217;s escalators&#8230;<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/farm4.static.flickr.com\/3090\/3174989497_299881c88e.jpg?v=0\" \/><br \/>\nI took the boys to a matinee one day and they enjoyed the game room before the show.&nbsp; Here is &#8216;R&#8217; on a &quot;motorcycle&quot;&#8230;<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/farm4.static.flickr.com\/3264\/3175823256_e9e667262f.jpg?v=0\" \/><br \/>\nIt was a fun time, and the snow made it all the more special.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sorry it has been so long since updating.&nbsp; It has been pretty crazy around here.&nbsp; After celebrating &#8216;A&#8217;s 6th birthday on the 20th, we encountered a major wind and snow storm that night.&nbsp; It knocked out power to our house (JUST our house), due to a tree branch taking down our lines to the house.
