This was such a delightful afternoon.  The WA weather continued to bless us with warm, sunny weather, and we were able to spend some quality family time with my cousin Terry and fam.<\/p>\n

Terry’s family on his Dad’s side owns some property on a quiet lake, called Beaver Lake.  On this property, they have around eight cabins, and a boathouse.  It has been a place of family traditions since the 1950’s.  I had not been there since I was a kid and it was great to see that very little had changed.<\/p>\n

\nThis video does not do it justice, but little’H’ was hilarious!  He kept doing faceplant-bellyflops in the water and coming back for more.  I think the life vest absorbed all the pain.  Anyway, this video is not where close to enjoying the real thing, but it’s entertaining nonetheless…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
