{"id":744343,"date":"2009-11-12T21:07:00","date_gmt":"2009-11-13T05:07:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.centerdeep2.com\/riverbendprep\/2009\/11\/12\/for-jodi-white-chicken-chili\/"},"modified":"2009-11-12T21:07:00","modified_gmt":"2009-11-13T05:07:00","slug":"for-jodi-white-chicken-chili","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.centerdeep2.com\/riverbendprep\/2009\/11\/12\/for-jodi-white-chicken-chili\/","title":{"rendered":"For Jodi: White Chicken Chili"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This recipe was requested by my friend, Jodi.&nbsp; This is in the crockpot cookbook, &quot;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/FIX-FORGET-LIGHTLY-Healthy-Low-Fat\/dp\/1561484318\">Fix It and Forget It Lightly&quot;<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>White Chicken Chili<br \/>\n<\/strong>Makes 6 servings<\/p>\n<p>1T. olive oil<br \/>\n3\/4lb. uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed&quot;1 large onion, chopped<br \/>\n2 garlic cloves, minced<br \/>\n1 large onion, chopped<br \/>\n1c. fat free chicken broth<br \/>\n2 15.5oz. cans navy beans, rinsed and drained<br \/>\n1t. dry mustard<br \/>\n1t. ground cumin<br \/>\n1\/2t. salt<br \/>\n1\/4t. black pepper<\/p>\n<p>1.
