{"id":758432,"date":"2010-01-13T19:57:00","date_gmt":"2010-01-14T03:57:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.centerdeep2.com\/riverbendprep\/2010\/01\/13\/yummy-baked-tilapia-recipe\/"},"modified":"2010-01-13T19:57:00","modified_gmt":"2010-01-14T03:57:00","slug":"yummy-baked-tilapia-recipe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.centerdeep2.com\/riverbendprep\/2010\/01\/13\/yummy-baked-tilapia-recipe\/","title":{"rendered":"Yummy Baked Tilapia Recipe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>My menu plan was scheduled for baked cod tonight, but the store did not have any, so I purchased tilapia instead.&nbsp; I rarely cook fish for two reasons: 1) David does not like the way the house smells and 2) &#8216;R&#8217; does not like most fish or seafood.&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>But, I ran across this recipe, and one of the comments said that her fish-hating kids love it.&nbsp; Well, the house smells fine, and &#8216;R&#8217; is eating it and say he like it!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baked Tilapia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4 boneless tilapia fillets<br \/>\nItalian dressing to cover fillets<br \/>\n2 tsp. garlic powder<br \/>\nlarge shake of pepper<br \/>\n2 tablespoons lemon juice<br \/>\n1 teaspoon parsley<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon Italian seasonings<br \/>\n1 tablespoon pineapple juice (optional) (I did not use)<br \/>\nfresh carrots cut up into small pieces (optional) (I did use)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><font color=\"#000000\" size=\"2\">Mix all ingredients together and allow fish to marinate for 1\/2 hour. <\/font><\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#000000\" size=\"2\">Peel and cut carrots while waiting. <\/font><\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#000000\" size=\"2\">Pour fish and dressing mix into a baking dish. Put cut carrots (as many as you like) around the fish.
