Cook pasta in large pot boiling water. \ufffdDrain, RESERVING 1\/2c. cooking liquid. \ufffdWhisk hummus into liquid.<br \/>\n2. \ufffdWhile pasta is cooking, cook up the chicken breast with 1T. olive oil in a skillet or grill. \ufffdChop into small pieces once cooked.<br \/>\n3. \ufffdHeat 2T. olive oil in skillet ver high heat and add tomatoes. \ufffdSprinkle with salt and pepper.<br \/>\nCook until blackened in spots.<br \/>\n4. \ufffdMix in chickpeas, garlic, and paprika.<br \/>\n5. \ufffdAdd pasta and hummus sauce. \ufffdCoat.<br \/>\n6. \ufffdMix in olives and cilantro.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>David&#8217;s favorite midweek meals are one pot dishes with just a little bit of meat. \ufffdThis recipe fit the bill perfectly. \ufffdThe sauce could not be more simple or delicious.
