I swapped their almond butter for peanut butter, and omitted a few other ingredients. This is considered a &#8220;clean eating&#8221; recipe, and we enjoyed it for lunch today:<\/p>\n<div>3 grilled or broiled chicken breasts<\/div>\n<div>2 cups seedless red grapes, halved<\/div>\n<div>3\/4c. chopped celery<\/div>\n<div>Mix and set aside.<\/div>\n<div>Dressing:<\/div>\n<div>2T. natural peanut butter<\/div>\n<div>2t. apple cider vinegar<\/div>\n<div>1T. water<\/div>\n<div>1t. maple syrup<\/div>\n<div>Whisk until smooth, and pour over chicken mix and stir until coated.<\/div>\n<div>On a side note: I am trying to cut down meat consumption and made a vegetarian alternative for myself that turned out pretty good:<\/div>\n<div>1\/2 can black beans, rinsed and drained<\/div>\n<div>chopped celery<\/div>\n<div>halved grapes<\/div>\n<div>dressing:<\/div>\n<div>drizzle apple cider vinegar<\/div>\n<div>drizzle maple syrup<\/div>\n<div>Stir together and enjoy!<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is a my modified version of a recipe in Clean Eating magazine.
